Billing, plainly.
Is there a free trial of Pro or Agency?
Not one we've announced. Free is free forever, with no card required, and is enough to run a real trip end to end. If we add a timed trial of Pro or Agency, we'll state its length and what happens at the end of it before you start it.
How do I upgrade from Free to Pro or Agency?
Self-serve billing hasn't shipped yet. Message us on WhatsApp from your Free account and we'll set up Pro or Agency access with you directly. Once self-serve billing is live, upgrading takes effect immediately, with the difference charged pro-rata for the rest of your billing period.
Can I downgrade or cancel later?
Yes, anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, with no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period. Full detail in Refund & Cancellation.
What happens to my trips and proposals if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your trips, clients, and proposal history stay in your account; you just lose access to paid-tier features (or drop back to the Free tier's trip limit) until you resubscribe.
Does GST apply?
Yes — Alp Travel Co. is GST-registered. Itemized GST on invoices is rolling out with our upcoming billing update; until then, invoices are issued without GST as a separate line item, though pricing already accounts for applicable tax. Current status and invoice detail: Billing & GST.
What payment methods do you support?
Billing runs on Razorpay, so once self-serve billing is live you'll be able to pay by UPI or card in INR. There's no annual plan at launch — monthly billing only, no lock-in.
Is my client data private to me?
Yes. On Agency, seats share your team's own clients and trips with each other, never across accounts. Your data is yours to export; see Privacy Policy.
